When writing these articles, I do not hope that someone will click on them, nor hope that someone will read them all, much less hope that someone will sympathize because I know that this is a type of article that does not fit the content of the FTAC website and is not something that most people are interested in. I only write simply because I am naturally inspired to write and mostly write for myself. FTAC is a spiritual product of mine and also the place where I operate, so I choose to send it up for fun. However, if there is someone who is predestined to read, empathize and apply something to relieve the pressure in life, I am also very happy.

ASK QUESTIONS ABOUT THE TRUE MEANING OF LIFE.
We all seem to fall into this life unconsciously and are almost incapable of choosing the circumstances in which we were born. And we grow up, continuously operate and interact with the world according to a process set by criteria and trends formed from the collective consciousness of humanity over countless generations in the past such as: studying, gathering knowledge, then finding a good job, etc then falling in love, then getting married, then giving birth and raising children hoping that they will become men and women in the future, striving to earn money to gain status and fame, accumulating wealth and finally getting old and dying. Usually we operate accordingly automatically. Very rarely do we ask if life is born just like that. If the whole life from birth to the end is just for us to struggle to complete such a process and then leave everything meaninglessly when we die, then what is the point of being born? Is the nature and meaning of life just like that? If we have never had such questions about life, or only a fleeting question without a desire to know the true meaning of life in a way that works only in a completely automatic way according to the general trend, then we are not really living fully. Even we are not really living but only exist in a limited way. When we live in this way, it means that everything we know about life is only encapsulated in external conditions and circumstances. At that time, life will be full of pressure, anxiety and fear, because we are very afraid of losing, afraid of lacking external things. Since all we know about reality is just like that, nothing more. Putting all our energy into those external things takes up half of our life energy, and the other half is to keep them from leaving us. Thus, the entire life time is almost just to earn and keep.
At some point we will realize that material, relational, or all other things from the outside, no matter how much we have, cannot bring true peace, serenity, and peace of mind, because the more we have, the more we have to try to hold on to it and the more we want more. There is hardly any limit or stop for these desires, for the outwards are infinite, and one will still find the other lacking. The fact that we are always projecting our whole awareness and attention outward in this way will exhaust us, which is when we should start questioning the true nature and meaning of life.
In all fields, we cannot do anything effectively if we do not really understand the field we are involved in, before participating in a certain field we must learn about it and learn a lot about it. And life is certainly not an exception, but even more special if other fields we have the right to choose to participate in or not, then with life we must definitely participate without the right to choose, and we cannot live effectively when we do not really understand what life is. However, we rarely pay attention to understanding the true nature and meaning of life, mainly living automatically without question, so life always becomes confusing, complicated and full of pressure. Questioning and learning about the true nature and meaning of life is the most important of all the things we consider important in life, because it directly determines the quality of our lives.
So the first thing to have a more effective life is to pause everything, start calming your soul to feel the limitations, pressures, difficulties, absurd and meaningless barriers that the current reality is causing us. When we feel the meaninglessness of these things, which we have to experience constantly on a daily basis, we will have a desire to know what is truly meaningful. In other words, we will have the urge to know what the true meaning of life is, what is the ultimate goal of being born into this world. Let's start by wanting to know these things intensely. When we start to want to know, slowly the answers will be sent in a lot of ways that we can never imagine. When the answers arrive, we intuitively sense that they are being sent and take them seriously.
