TINY THINGS 02 - CONSCIOUSNESS

When writing these articles, I do not hope that someone will click on them, nor hope that someone will read them all, much less hope that someone will sympathize because I know that this is a type of article that does not fit the content of the FTAC website and is not something that most people are interested in. I only write simply because I am naturally inspired to write and mostly write for myself. FTAC is a spiritual product of mine and also the place where I operate, so I choose to send it up for fun. However, if there is someone who is predestined to read, empathize and apply something to relieve the pressure in life, I am also very happy.

If you want to read or advise on tax laws, please go to another menu or message to the Hotline, I will support in my ability.

CONSCIOUSNESS

Everything exists and is felt only when there is consciousness, when there is no consciousness nothing else exists. When we fall into a coma or sleep in an extremely deep state without dreaming, consciousness falls into a frozen state, there is nothing that exists for us anymore, including time and space, in those states, even after 100 years, when we wake up, it is like blinking. Therefore, it can be said that consciousness, or awareness, is the creation of all experiences, the clearer the consciousness, the deeper and richer the perception of experiences. The quality of life is determined by the quality of our perceptions of the experiences we collect in life. Throughout our lives through interaction with the external world will give us experiences, but how we perceive these experiences, superficially or subtly deeply, depends on the state of the interior, depending on the level of clarity of consciousness. And the quality of the perceptions of the experiences we have in our daily lives will determine whether the quality of our lives is happy or not, poor or rich, inspiring or boring. We often make the fundamental mistake of equating material possessions and power with quality of life, so we keep trying to use all our energy and life time to increase our possessions at all costs. If we are calm enough to look around and look at history, we will see that those who have the most wealth and power, even the most intelligent, do not have true happiness. That's undeniable. Alexander the Great, who conquered more than 5 million square kilometers on three continents, united all of ancient Greece and conquered the Persian Empire, when asked by his teacher Aristotle what he would do after conquering everything, he replied that he just wanted to have a good night's sleep. for then there will be no more threat to the Greek Empire, so you will have nothing to fear. And that good night's sleep he never had, for the expedition was not yet over, when he died at a party at the age of 32. At present, we can look at people who are on top of the world such as the contemporary president of the United States, an old man who is 90 years old and should have enjoyed the comforts of old age, but still has to stand up to campaign, stand up for heated debates with competitors under a huge pressure in front of the observation of the whole world, and then have to be sad and retreat in anger. People are at the height of ownership and power, and yet they have nothing but constant pressure and anxiety. Thereare countless other situations around us that we can learn a lot from if we know how to observe and reflect deeply. There are many people around us who have good jobs, high salaries, own a lot of assets and even have power in their hands and they are called successful people, they should be happy to be like that, but we don't see them walking with joy and a satisfied smile that is often good walking with a tired face, staggering because of the "unselfish relatives", stressed because of the calculations to increase assets and power instead of stomping on the spot and constantly worried because of the fear that one day those things will disappear. Percentage of people suffering from stress, high blood pressure, Anxiety disorders for working-age people are at their peak and it is quite normal and is called the diseases of the times, the diseases of successful people. All of this proves that it is impossible to pursue happiness by putting all your energy and energy into fighting for increased ownership and power. Equating ownership and power with quality of life is a great and disastrous illusion.

But then we can also ask, if we live without possessions or possess little and without power, is it called living with quality and happiness? The answer is that if we don't have those things, but in our hearts we still think that we must have those things to have quality in our lives and we can be happy, then we are still miserable as usual. Therefore, owning more or less, having power or not having power actually has no effect on the quality of our life, but it is our level of awareness of those things that really determines the quality of our life. When our consciousness is still at the level of mistaking those things for happiness and quality of life, we still crave and desire those things frantically. It is this irresistible crazy desire that motivates us to struggle and struggle endlessly, turning us into "selfless" people who are no longer free and creating us a life full of stress and pressure. Only when our consciousness can rise out of that harmful confusion will we experience the true meaning and wonder of life. Only when our consciousness is developed to a clearer level, no longer immersed in endless reflections of regret for the past or worry about the future, will we be able to feel things on a deeper and more complete level. because then we are more likely to settle in the present.

Everything that is necessary for life has been designed, provided adequately, in excess for all, but because the awareness is not clear enough, we do not see it. So instead of turning our hearts high to feel, to enjoy all that life has to offer with gratitude and to perform activities as a way for us to give back and serve life, we strive to have as much as possible. When we see a beautiful apricot tree, we only glance at it a little and immediately wish to bring it back to the yard. The desire to own it instantly kills the inspiration to enjoy the natural beauty of the flowers that are surging in the soul. We don't need to own an apricot tree to enjoy its beauty, we just need to be there and pay deep attention to it, feeling its brilliant integrity. The people who have that apricot tree in the yard of the bookmaker make them feel satisfied not every day to see the natural and complete beauty of that apricot tree, but the thought of owning it, but this satisfaction will quickly dissipate when new desires appear. At that time, the apricot root was only an invisible thing in their eyes, even though it was still there.

All of the above says that the level of clarity of consciousness is the key to determining the quality of our lives. When our consciousness communicates we can always feel all experiences more deeply and completely, when our consciousness communicates we always have a higher, deeper and more accurate view of all situations and events, from which it is easier for us to accept the situation rather than to resist. It is easier for us to empathize and tolerate others than to blame, blame, and abuse. It is the ability to accept unconditionally the situation, the ability to empathize, tolerate, and love deeply with others that will give us a peace of mind, this inner peace is true happiness. However, in order to be able to accept the situation more than to oppose, to empathize and love more than to blame, we need to have a higher level of clarity and an ability to maintain it more in our daily lives. Because we cannot accept the situation and empathize with others if our understanding and perspective are narrow and distorted. Therefore, it can be said that the ultimate goal of life is to upgrade and evolve cognition. We need to devote to this goal an interest and an amount of time commensurate with its importance. If we don't know about it or only consider it as a side activity in our leisure time or wait for when we are old to have nothing to do before doing it, the possibility of us having a meaningful, beautiful life with peace and tranquility deep in our souls is very low. Our lives will always be a fierce struggle at all times with constant anxiety and dissatisfaction.

Perception as an energy field, it can only grow more open and deeper when it is regularly directed towards the high vibrations and gradually escape being in the states of the lower vibrations. Low vibrations are continuous, messy, repetitive thoughts that have no purpose or benefit, and these kinds of thoughts almost always arise automatically in our heads. Negative emotions such as anger, doubt, and envy are also low-vibration states. When consciousness is constantly immersed in such emotional reflections, awareness will shrink more and more and more and we will perceive reality more and more in a false and distorted way. In order to develop awareness, we need to recognize these low vibrational states and actively and regularly direct awareness to the higher vibrational states. Activities that create a high state of vibration, such as reading books that deeply share experiences about reality, about the meaning of life, and about cognition written by people who are really highly conscious in the world. When we read these books attentively, our awareness during reading will be freed from aimless emotional reflections and enter into a state of high vibration emanating from the profound things shared in the book. Therefore, reading books with insightful and relevant content in a mindful manner is an activity that we can actively orient our awareness upwards and gain more new and useful insights about reality. Some other activities also create a high vibration state such as listening to music with gentle tones and deep and authentic lyrics, watching clips talking about the laws of life, sitting quietly and focusing on something that can be sound or breath to consciously escape from aimless emotional thoughts... Depending on our inspiration and interests, we choose which activities we like to do, maybe many activities at different times. We can do any activity as long as it helps the consciousness to get out of the low vibrational states and to exist in the high vibrational states. When we do this regularly and continuously, over time, our awareness will develop more and more, become more subtle and deeper, we will feel everything more fully and accurately, and from there will be more feelings of inner peace. and live a more productive and quality life.
